Last month, the Flock Safety Revenue team came together in Atlanta for our 2026 Revenue Kickoff (RKO). It was a week centered on execution, alignment, and a shared vision for how we continue to lead the market in the year ahead.
With the theme Go for Gold setting the tone, RKO 2026 challenged us to raise the bar. But beyond high performance, the week reinforced the fundamentals that drive our success every day: deep market expertise, authentic partnership, and recognizing the people who make it all possible.
Here’s a look back at the week.

Sessions That Set the Direction
Main-stage sessions focused on where we’re headed and how we’ll win together.
Vision & Strategy
Garrett opened the week with Opening Ceremonies, laying out a clear, execution-first vision for the upcoming year. Brandon followed with a deep dive into Flock’s growth potential, underscoring the role disciplined execution plays in turning opportunity into impact.
Customer Impact
Our mission came to life during the Power of Partnership panel. Hearing from Rory Stallard, Director of Loss Prevention at Ulta, alongside Cobb County law enforcement partners highlighted the real-world impact of collaboration with retail and public safety working together to solve crime.
Execution Excellence
The Victory Lap panel pulled back the curtain on major wins. Top performers shared the strategies, preparation, and persistence behind their success, offering practical takeaways the entire team can apply.
“RKO is one of my favorite events at Flock. As a remote-first company, Flock does an incredible job of hiring people who become much more than coworkers, which makes spending time together in person even more meaningful. Beyond quality time with the revenue team, RKO is also a chance to reset and refocus on how we’ll conquer the year ahead—together.” –Jermean

Time to Connect and Go Deeper
Beyond the main stage, RKO created space for teams to collaborate, reflect, and build stronger connections.
Functional Workshops
Public and Private Sector teams broke out into focused workshops, diving into role-specific strategies and leaving with tactical insights they can put to work immediately.
Giving Back
We paused to focus on what matters most: our impact beyond the business. Teams assembled Hope Bags for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), a powerful reminder of the communities and families our work ultimately serves.
Building Relationships
There’s no substitute for being together. The Welcome Reception at The Roof at Ponce City Market set the tone for the week, giving the team time to reconnect, collaborate, and strengthen relationships.
“RKO left me extremely energized and excited for the year ahead at Flock. Hearing from Garrett, Jim, Sean, Chris and others speak about the revenue org’s strategic priorities and go to market strategy was invaluable as a seller. Hearing real-world success stories from Ulta & Cobb County gave me even more confidence in our mission.” –Nick

Celebrating the Culture That Sets Us Apart
We closed RKO with The Revvys, a night dedicated to recognizing excellence across the Revenue organization.
From Top Performers and Culture Award winners to the newest members of the Eagles Club, the awards celebrated the grit, leadership, and ownership that define Flock’s culture—and the people who raise the bar for all of us.
“I got to attend RKO during only my second week at Flock, and couldn't think of a better event to have been able to go to just starting out. It was awesome to meet so many people in person beyond just my immediate team and starting class. Looking forward to the next RKO!” –Tara

Ready for Gold
As the team headed home from Atlanta, one thing was clear: we’re aligned, energized, and ready. With the right technology, a clear strategy, and an exceptional team, FY26 is set to be our strongest year yet.
