Eagle’s Club represents the people who raise the bar, drive meaningful impact, and push the business forward. Each year, top performers from the Revenue team earn a trip to a world-class destination that reflects what they have built and the work it took to get there.
This year’s trip delivered on that standard. But the journey behind it tells the real story.
How It's Earned
Earning a spot in Eagle’s Club starts long before the trip. It is built day by day through consistency, focus, and a willingness to go further than what is required.
For Lupe, an Account Executive, that mindset shows up in the work no one sees.
“You have to put in the work when no one’s watching and then show up in your numbers.”
That level of performance does not happen by accident. It requires standing out in an environment filled with high performers.
“Eagle’s Club isn’t a participation trophy. You have to outperform, outwork, and out-execute in a room full of elite sellers.”
James, an Account Executive based in Texas, describes a similar approach rooted in discipline and consistency.
“It’s stacking good days on top of each other. Attention to detail, doing the little things right, even when you don’t feel like it.”
“It doesn’t just happen. People plan for it all year.”
For Janelle, a Solutions Engineer attending Eagle’s Club for the first time, success looks different but no less intentional. Her role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer needs.
"An AE plays the role of the quarterback, leading the deal strategy and driving execution, while the SE is like a wide receiver, bringing the technical expertise needed to advance and close the opportunity. Both roles are essential to winning."
Her perspective highlights the importance of collaboration across teams.
“One of the most important things is your internal brand and how you communicate cross-functionally across different departments.”
Across roles, one theme is clear. High performance at Flock is both individual and collective.

The Motivation Behind It
Eagle’s Club is not something that appears at the end of the year as a surprise. It becomes a steady motivator throughout.
For James, that motivation extends beyond the individual.
“It’s always in the back of my mind. My wife’s asking, ‘Where is it this year?’ We’re both invested in getting there.”
“This job brings the whole household into it. The wins, the stress, everything.”
For Lupe, it is also part of the culture.
“It’s a culture thing. Everyone’s thinking about it. It’s competitive, but in a motivating way.”
That shared energy pushes people to raise their level over time.

The Experience
When the trip finally arrives, it delivers on the standard set throughout the year.
Attendees described this year’s experience as one of the most memorable yet.
“It’s the nicest resort I’ve ever been to. Everything from the food to the service to the views,” James shared.
For many, it is also a rare opportunity to fully step away and recharge.
“It forces you to actually take a vacation, which we don’t do enough.”
Lupe pointed to the balance the experience creates.
“It was extremely luxurious. The beach setup was perfect. You could spend time with your colleagues, but also just enjoy it on your own.”
Janelle highlighted one of the standout moments of the trip.
“The farewell dinner had the best food, music, and energy. Everything felt elevated.”
The environment reflects the level of performance required to get there, but the experience itself is about more than the setting.
The Moments That Stick
The destination stands out, but the moments are what stay with people long after the trip ends. These are the moments that turn recognition into something more personal, something that lasts beyond the week itself.
For Lupe, one of those moments came unexpectedly.
“I was standing on the beach when they told me I got promoted. Then everyone was celebrating together. It was unreal.”
Moments like that capture what Eagle’s Club is really about. It is not just a chance to step away. It is a chance to recognize growth in real time, surrounded by the people who helped make it happen.

Why It Matters
Eagle’s Club brings together people who are driving real impact across the business. It is a moment to reflect, connect, and build relationships that continue long after the trip ends.
“You’re celebrating, but you’re also building relationships with people across the company. That carries forward,” James said.
Janelle captured another key piece of the experience.
“It takes a village to close a deal.”
That idea shows up throughout the week. Individual success is supported by a broader team effort.
Looking Ahead
For those aiming to earn their spot next year, the advice is consistent.
“Print out the destination and put it on your desk. It’s a constant reminder of what you’re working toward,” James said.
Janelle emphasized the importance of how you show up across the business.
“Revenue matters, but it’s also about how you collaborate and build relationships across teams.”
And for Lupe, it comes back to the standard.
“You have to show up every day ready to outperform.”
Eagle’s Club is a celebration, but it is also a reflection of what is possible. It represents the kind of performance, growth, and impact that define the experience at Flock.
For those who earn their way there, it is a moment to step back, take it in, and then start thinking about what it will take to get back next year.
