If you’re flying into Atlanta, The Loews Hotel is just North of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport (13 miles). We have Uber Vouchers available for your travel to and from the hotel (see details below).

If you plan to drive to the conference, you can find the most convenient route here.

Once you arrive at the Loews Hotel, you will have the option of valet or self-parking. The discounted Flock rates are as follows:

Self-parking - $32 per night plus tax. You will have full in and out privileges during your stay.
‍Hotel self-parking is located to the left of the hotel entrance. You can pull in, pull a parking ticket, and bring the ticket to the hotel to apply to your room.

Valet parking - $44 per night plus tax. You will have full in and out privileges during your stay.
The hotel valet is located in front of the hotel entrance.

If you are not staying in the hotel, daily guest parking is available for $18 per day, located to the left of the hotel entrance.

‍Throughout the conference, all events are conveniently located in the hotel or within walking distance, so additional transportation will not be necessary. A shuttle will be available for those who need it.

Event registration will take place on the 14th Floor in the Ellington Ballroom at Loews Atlanta Hotel. Registration times are as follows:

Wednesday, June 12th: 3pm - 5pm
Thursday, June 13th: 8am - 5pm

June in Atlanta means it’ll most likely be hot and humid! All venues will be air-conditioned, so a light jacket is always a great idea. You may also want to pack an umbrella, as summer showers can be unpredictable.

Wear what you’re most comfortable in! You'll find a range of attire at the conference but generally, most attendees will be in business casual.

During registration, you’ll receive a Flock Forward badge. For your safety, please wear the badge at all times during the event.

If you require special assistance (accessibility, dietary requests, nursing moms, allergies, etc.), please contact events@flocksafety.com to provide notice prior to the event.

While you’re in town, we hope you’ll take advantage of everything Atlanta has to offer. Some of the must-visit attractions include: the largest aquarium in America, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, the famous World of Coca-Cola, and the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
