Flock license plate reader camera located the suspect vehicle
After investigators identified a person of interest, a Flock license plate reader camera captured a point-in-time read of the associated vehicle in Eureka. Deputies alerted all surrounding law enforcement at about 1:30 p.m., and a Sullivan police officer stopped the car and took the suspect into custody without incident. The sheriff’s office is investigating the case as a terrorist threat.
