Congratulations! You’ve just become a Flock Safety customer — you’re already on your way to making your community safer. Here’s what you can expect.

Installation

Our dedicated safety experts will work with new Flock Safety customers and their neighborhood, community, or jurisdiction leadership to determine the best place to install cameras. At a minimum, we place cameras near the entrance of a community, but encourage residents to consider placing them strategically throughout their community for maximum effectiveness.

Maintenance

Flock Safety is always monitoring the health of your camera. We have automated system alerts that tell us if your camera needs attention.

Our Support team is available at support@flocksafety.com or 866-901-1781 to address any concerns as well.

Quality Control

Flock Safety does not monitor your footage. However, we do have software in place to measure the performance and quality of images which is used to preemptively diagnose issues and schedule service calls.

You own all of the footage that our cameras capture, and Flock will never access your camera without explicit permission from you.
