Georgia DOT LPR Camera Sharing Process

How Georgia agencies comply with the new GSP & HIDTA LPR sharing requirement

What You Need to Know

This requirement applies only to LPR cameras located within the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Right-of-Way (ROW).

If your agency installs or operates cameras in the GDOT ROW you must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HIDTA to remain in compliance with the new GSP policy if you have not already done so.

After the MoU is complete, LPR reads from GDOT ROW cameras will be accessible to Georgia users of the HIDTA National LPR system through the Flock interface.
