This week, we're excited to introduce Tim Shinevare, an IT support analyst.

Manage internal hardware and software.

2. What is your favorite part of your job?

3. What’s your favorite hobby?

Salmon fishing out on Lake Michigan and working on my old "Foxbody" Mustang.

4. What’s something you are currently (or just finished) listening to, watching, or reading right now?

I am forcing my fiancée to watch all of the "Extended" versions of Lord of the Rings in attempts to prove they are better than Harry Potter.

5. What’s the best life or professional advice you’ve been given?

You've got to start with the customer experience then move backwards to the technology.
