We believe in clarity from the start. Our interview process is designed to be thoughtful, fast and fair, allowing you to have a real sense of our culture, work and the people behind it. While the exact steps may vary by role, your recruiter will guide you every step of the way so you know exactly what to expect.

Initial Screen
A quick conversation with our recruiting team to learn more about you and share about Flock and the role.
Team Member Interview
This interview is typically led by the hiring manager. We’re assessing both your technical skills relevant to the role and how well you align with our core values.
The Loop
This stage may include multiple rounds, where you’ll meet with team members and cross-functional partners. You may also be asked to complete an exercise or assessment to demonstrate your skills.
Executive Review
The final step is a conversation with a Flock executive, offering you a chance to gain insight into our broader vision and strategic priorities.
