What happens if my camera is stolen or damaged?

The Flock Safety team is continuously monitoring the health of your camera.

Subscription is the promise for continuous community safety. That means the Flock Safety is always monitoring the health of your camera. We have system alerts that tell us if your camera needs help. This does not mean we are watching your footage, your community controls who views the footage. 

If your camera breaks, our Maintenance team will be there within 72 hours to assess the damage. The first camera replacement is at no additional cost. From there, our team will determine if an alternative location is needed to ensure the safety of your camera for ongoing footage capture.
