A specialized Customer Success Manager (CSM) — a former law enforcement professional — steered the department through comprehensive virtual training sessions, which gave officers an insightful understanding of the Falcon and Raven systems, and how they work together.
The training equipped officers to take immediate action on Flock Safety Raven® alerts, often preceding central dispatch or 911 intervention, and approach investigations with layered audio, LPR, and location-based evidence.
