In recent years, the quiet town of Collierville, Tennessee has seen rapid growth. Donald Terry, an engaged HOA board member in Collierville, took it upon himself to resolve the situation. He wanted a neighborhood security system that would maintain the town’s safe reputation without inhibiting its growth.
